We didn't know until we arrived whether we would be taking off on the water or on the ground. Some advanced information would have been good. But it didn't matter, we had a wonderful flight. The wind was gusting to 30mph by the time the third person in our group was up to fly. The instructors took their time and made sure it was safe and after waiting for the wind to calm down we all got a great flight. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.
Bring swimsuit, sunscreen and towel
Recommended for all tours in Miami: Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses.
Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.
Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
