The tour took two days as the everglades part was delayed for a day due to a tropical storm. The only comment I would make is that on the city tour, the city seemed to be omitted, and the tour concentrated on the residential areas. While this may be OK. The guide spent a lot of time telling us how wealthy people had to be to live in various areas. In my opinion most people have worked hard and taken chances to achieve certain goals in life, and well deserve what they have achieved. Some may be just fortunate, but perhaps there family has done the hard work previously. To say that a property is worth $1million or $5million or whatever in a particular area would suffice to most people, we can work out the rest for ourselves.James M., United Kingdom, 08-2008

The everglades boat ride was enjoyable but a little bit too short.
We had an excellent guide but we were not on the water for long enough.
The gator show was informative but a little too short.
The eating area (outside the cafe) was covered in bird litter and was pretty dirty.
The city tour was too long with too many stops. Whilst the stops at the venetian pool and little havanna were informative they were not necessary ... we could have easilt stopped to view the sites without having to get off the bus to actually go inside. Ross H., United States, 01-2008

Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for NO SHOWS. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.
